Using this site

You may use this site to learn about window film and to request a free estimate. Please don't misuse it: no hacking, scraping, spamming our form, or submitting false information. The text, photos and logos on this site belong to us or our partners, including SunTek, and you may not copy them for commercial use without permission.

Estimates and quotes

Estimates are always free. Your actual price is given in person, after we visit, measure every window and show you real samples on your own glass. Most customers get their quote on the spot and can schedule their install right then if they like.

Anything on this website about price, including "most homes start around $14 a square foot installed" and "most commercial projects start around $14 a square foot installed," is a general starting point to help you plan. It is not an offer, a quote or a guaranteed price. Your price depends on the film, your windows and the job. Removing old film is always extra.

Film performance numbers on this site (such as heat, UV and glare figures) come from the manufacturer's published lab tests on standard glass. Results on your windows can vary.

A quote becomes an agreement only when you accept it with us directly. The terms in your written quote or invoice control your job. If they differ from this page, your quote or invoice wins.

Our warranty (summary)

Full details are on our warranty page at /tint-warranty/. In short:

• Homes: lifetime warranty on materials and labor against bubbling, peeling, fading and discoloring, on all our films: solar films, one-way mirror, safety and security, frosted and decorative, Black Out and White Out.
• Commercial: 10-year warranty on materials and labor on those same films.
• No warranty on anti-graffiti film (it's a sacrificial film made to take scratches and tags and be replaced) or turf protection film.
• The home warranty covers the original purchaser for as long as they own the home. It is not transferable.
• The warranty does not cover damage, scratches, or problems caused by cleaning with the wrong products (such as ammonia or abrasive cleaners). Clean film with a microfiber towel and an ammonia-free cleaner.
• You'll get paperwork for our warranty along with the SunTek manufacturer warranty, and we keep your warranty on file.

If something isn't right, call us. We come back and make it right.

Limitation of liability

We work hard to keep this site accurate, but it is provided "as is." We don't promise it will always be available, error-free or up to date, and we may change or remove content at any time.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Tucson Home Window Tint is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages that come from using this site or relying on its content. Nothing on this page limits our obligations under your written quote, invoice or warranty, or any rights you have under Arizona law that can't be waived.

Reviews

The reviews and rating shown on our site come directly from our Google Business Profile. We don't write or edit them.

Links to other sites

Our site may link to or show content from other companies, such as Google reviews and maps, our Zoho estimate form, and SunTek's website. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices. Using them is at your own risk and under their terms.

Privacy

How we handle your information, including text message consent, is explained in our Privacy Policy at /privacy-policy/.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute about them will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version here and change the effective date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
