What we collect

When you request a free estimate. Our estimate request form asks for things like your name, phone number, email, address or ZIP code, and details about your windows or project. You choose what to share.

When you call or text us. We keep your phone number, the time of the call or text, and what you tell us about your project, so we can follow up and set up your in-home or on-site estimate.

When you visit the site. Like most websites, ours automatically collects basic technical information: pages viewed, time on the site, the site that sent you here, browser and device type, and approximate location (city level) based on your IP address. We use this to see what's working and fix what isn't.

We do not take payments online, we do not offer online scheduling, and there are no user accounts on this site.

How we use it

• To schedule and carry out your estimate and installation
• To keep warranty records for work we've done
• To improve our website and understand how people find us
• To meet legal, tax and recordkeeping requirements

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number on our estimate form or text us, you agree that Tucson Home Window Tint may text you about your estimate request and project, including scheduling, reminders and follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text consent with third parties for their marketing.

Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do that work. These include:

• Zoho, which hosts our estimate request form and stores the information you submit
• Google, which provides website analytics (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager), the map on our pages and the Google reviews shown on our site
• Meta (Facebook), which provides a pixel that helps us measure and improve our ads
• Our phone and texting provider

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

Cookies and analytics

Our site uses cookies and similar tools for analytics and advertising measurement. Google Analytics uses cookies to count visits and see how people use the site. The Meta pixel helps us see whether our ads lead to estimate requests and lets us show our ads to people who have visited our site. The embedded Google map, the Google reviews widget and our Zoho form may also set their own cookies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. How long we keep it

We keep estimate and customer information as long as we need it to serve you, honor our warranty and meet legal and tax requirements. For homeowners with our lifetime warranty, that means we keep your warranty on file for as long as it applies. Estimate requests that don't turn into a job are deleted or anonymized when we no longer need them.

How we protect it

We use reasonable safeguards, including trusted service providers with their own security programs and limited access within our team. No website or system is 100% secure, so please don't send sensitive information like Social Security or card numbers through our form or by text.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we have about you, or to stop contacting you. If you live in a state that gives you additional privacy rights, contact us and we'll honor them as that law requires. Call (520) 542-3002 or email sales@tucsonhomewindowtint.com. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it or to honor your warranty.

Children

Our site and services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Where we operate

We serve customers in Arizona, and this site is intended for visitors in the United States. Our service providers may store and process your information in the United States or in other countries where they operate, such as Zoho's data centers in the European Union.

Links to other sites

Our site links to other sites, such as Google and SunTek. Their privacy practices are their own, so please review their policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version here and change the effective date at the top.
